Kansas City – St Louis Regional InterAgency Mentoring Program

Program Goals

The Regional FEB Mentoring Program pairs eligible employees with experienced Federal employees who are eager give back to the Federal Government.  Participants will share knowledge, experience, and provide guidance to help achieve career goals.  By the conclusion of the nine month program participants will:

  • Develop specific objectives through mentee and mentor goal setting discussions
  • Understand how to enhance their level of communication in the workplace
  • Apply team building in order to work more effectively with teams
  • Demonstrate advanced collaboration
  • Foster a performance-driven environment
  • Cultivate a continuous learning culture
  • Identify environmental barriers to performance
  • Learn and apply career goal-specific best practices and guidance
