We are pleased to present “Conflict Resolution Training” complementary to our FEB Member agencies. Essential training for today’s collaborative, team-oriented workplace. Conflict can have a devastating effect on productivity, morale, teamwork and ultimately your organization’s bottom line. When handled the right way, conflict can energize, produce change, and bring together opposing parties. Because conflict is inevitable, training employees on the principles of conflict management gives them tools they need to communicate through the conflict for the resolution of differences with bosses, coworkers, customers and others.
Course Objectives
Upon the conclusion of the course, participants will be able to:
