This course provides an overview and tools for dealing with poor performing employees. The course material is appropriate for any supervisory or managerial level and for agency HR Specialists and covers regulations (5 CFR Part 432 and 752) for making performance-based actions. The course includes effectively communicating performance matters to employees, developing a performance improvement plan, and how to take corrective and legal action when performance continues to decline.
