This full day seminar addresses several key topics to allow all participants to better understand the concept of interpersonal communication. This seminar places specific emphasis on recognizing personal filters, the role of critical thinking and the power of feedback and dialogue.
This training experience builds on the important premise that not all people experience the same thing in the same way. More importantly we all don’t see ourselves as others see us.
