We are extending an invitation to the November 18th FEB Meeting featuring a presentation from OPM’s Western Management Development Center and review interest in the formation of a Kansas City Leadership Development Program. They offer a year-long leadership development program which has been highly successful in three states – Colorado, Utah, and New Mexico.
