Presenter bio – With a background spanning various areas of Federal Human Resources, Katherine Heller has worked as both a contractor and Federal civilian supporting several agencies with their Benefits, Training, Personnel, Staffing, Classification, and more. A passionate advocate for educating employees, she genuinely enjoys helping others to understand the ins and outs of HR and assisting people with maximizing the many opportunities that come with Federal civilian employment.
