Nomination Instructions

The purpose of the award is to recognize current federal employees whose outstanding performance has served as an inspiration to others and/or brought credit to the Federal service.  The performance being recognized should have occurred during the past year.  (Previous finalists may not be nominated again for the same category.)

Please complete PERD nomination form word document (link below) and submit it to the FEB Inbox:  feb.mail@gsa.gov.

Nomination packets should include the approval cover sheet and a narrative (not to exceed two pages), which addresses the criteria specified in the instructions and nomination form.
